Vacation Cottages
Our cottages are situated within our century old, private and gated 60 acre family ranch on Palomar Mountain. Our facility encompasses cool forests and rich meadows, heritage apple orchard, fishing pond and more. This historic family resort was founded in 1888 and remains the original township of Palomar Mountain.

Each cottage has a special ambiance and unique history. Please see the each cottage page for accommodation details.

Applewood Cottage – Studio A-Frame
$125 / night for two persons

Cedars Cottage – Split Level, One Bedroom
$145 per night for two persons – sleeps up to 4 persons

Oak Cottage – Two Story, Two Bedroom
$165 / night for two persons – sleeps up to 4 persons

Bailey’s Camping Club
Our safe, secure, private and gated, family oriented campground is located adjacent to our stocked fish pond within on our 60 acre heritage ranch. Members may camp year-round for one modest annual fee.

Membership for year round camping is $150 annually. Members may reserve campsites online.

Weddings and Retreats
Bailey’s Resort is family owned and operated. We have been hosting full service destination weddings and retreats here for decades, and we provide you the type of personal attention and commitment that you would expect from a family with over a century of hospitality on Palomar Mountain.

Our pricing is based on the accommodations you require and the number of persons attending your event. Please contact us by phone or email for more information, availability and pricing.

Our Four-day destination wedding and retreat packages are competitively priced.

You may reserve our entire facility up to two years in advance with a refundable deposit of just $750.*

Bailey House
Our ancestral homestead, and formerly Palomar Hotel, Bailey House is now a wonderfully modern and well appointed seven-bedroom private vacation home. Bailey House still retains the charming look and feel of our destination resort in days-gone-by.

A Four-day / Three-night stay for up to (14) persons is $1995.

You may reserve Bailey House up to two years in advance with a refundable deposit of just $500.* Sorry, no pets are permitted in Bailey House.

The Fine Print
(*) All prices are subject to change without notice. You may reschedule any reservation up to a year of your original check-in date. You may receive a refund (less a 15% admin fee) up to two weeks prior to your check-in date.

Notice of Firewood Transport Restrictions to Palomar Mtn.
You may no longer bring any fire wood to Palomar Mountain due to an invasive and devastating beetle now present in Southern California.
